Request For Proposals

 Cottonwood Creek Design Project 

The Asotin County Conservation District (ACCD) is announcing a request for proposals for the design of the Cottonwood Creek Fish Passage Design Project.  A consultant is being sought to produce an engineered set of ready to implement design plans for the restoration of the fish passage barrier that exists at the Cottonwood Creek culvert under the Grande Ronde Road in Asotin County.   

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:30 p.m., local time, October 4, 2018.  

Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on October 5, 2018 at the ACCD office.

The RFP was updated on September 14, 2018.  All reference to cost have been removed.  This proposal will be evaluated on Qualification Based Selection only and ACCD will follow that by negotiation of price with the firm that submitted the highest ranked proposal.

Grande Ronde LiDAR Acquisition

The Asotin County Conservation District (ACCD) is requesting statement of qualifications from professional consultants to develop a LIDAR data base for approximately 68-mile reach of the Grande Ronde River and its tributaries in Asotin County, Washington. 

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:30 p.m., local time, October 10, 2018. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 am on October 11, 2018. Initial selection will be made at 7:30 p.m. on October 11, 2018 at the ACCD office.
